INGREDIENTS:
- Instant Gulab Jamoon Mix - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
- Butter - a small cube
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom - 4
- Pista - 10
- Cashewnut - 6
- Almond - 6
- Raisin - 5
- Food Color - a pinch
- Oil - For Frying
- In a bowl add warm milk and butter and melt it.
- Take the dry fruits and chop the dry fruits and nuts and finely.
- In a bowl add instant gulab jamoon mix and add the milk.
- Kneed well. Allow it to rest for 15 mins.
- Roll it into balls.
- Flatten it lightly and add the chopped nuts and again roll it and make it to a smooth ball.
- Meanwhile ,in a sauce pan add sugar ,water and cardamom and allow it to boil for 7 mins.
- Add a pinch of food color.
- Heat oil and fry the balls.
- Add the fried balls to the sugar syrup.Leave it undisturbed for 1 hour.
- Serve.
