Ingredients:
- Vanjiram fish / King fish - 1 kg
- Shallots - 10
- Curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbs
- Chilly powder - 2 tbs
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
- Pepper powder - tbs
- Lime juice - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Water
- Oil - For frying
Instructions:
- Wash the fish pieces and marinate it with salt and turmeric for 5 mins
- In a blender add Shallots , Curry leaves , Ginger garlic paste , Chilly powder , Turmeric powder , Pepper powder , Lime juice and Salt
- Grind it to a paste by adding very little water
- Once again clean the fish
- Apply the ground paste to the fish
- Let it marinate for 10 to 15 mins
- Heat a tawa and add iol
- Fry the fish pieces by covering the lid
- Flip the sides untill its cooked
Marinate fish with salt and turmeric Shallots , Curry leaves , Ginger garlic paste , Chilly powder , Turmeric powder , Pepper powder , Lime juice and Salt Grind to a coarse paste Apply all over the fish Heat a tawa add oil Place the fish on hot tawa Flip its sides Serve
