MINI SAMBAR IDLY



Ingredients:
  • Idly / dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Tiffin sambar - 1 cup
  • Oil
  • Ghee - 1/2 tbs (optional)
  • Water
Instructions:

  1. Take a mini idly plate and grease with oil
  2.  Take the idly dosa batter in the spoon and pour it into the plate
  3. Steam it for 5 mins
  4. Once cooked gently take the idly using a spoon
  5. Place the idly in a bowl and pour a cup of Tiffin Sambar into it
  6. Add a half tbs of ghee to it
  7. enjoy😋
