Ingredients:
- Onion -1
- Tomato - 2 ( Grind it to a puree )
- Green Chilly - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
- Clove - 2
- Cinnamon -1 piece
- Bay leaf - 1
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tbs
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
- Salt - 1/2 tbs
- Fried gram (pottukadalai) - 3 tbs
- Coriander leaf
- Curry leaves
- Oil - 2 tbs
Instructions:
- Step 1In a kadhai add oil , clove , cinnamon and bay leaf
- Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste , green chilly and saute for a minute
- Then add tomato puree , salt , turmeric ,chilly and coriander powder and garam masala
- Cover and cook till tomato becomes mushy
- Add water and salt and allow it to boil for 5 mins
- In a mixee jar add fried granm and grind well to a sooth paste
- Add the paste and cook till its raw smell leaves
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves
