Ingredients:
- Orid dal - 300 gms ( 3/4 cup )
- Bengal gram - 100 gms (1/4 cup )
- Red chilly - 15 - 20
- Curry leaves - a handful
- Asafotedia
- Salt
Instructions:
- In a pan add orid dal and roast well
- Roast channa dal ( bengal gram )
- Add in red chillies and curry leaves. Roast till red chilly becomes crispy
- Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool
- In a mixee jar add curry leaves and red chilly and grind
- Then add channa dal and orid dal by adding salt and asafotedia
- Cool down completely by spreading it in apaper
- Store in a air tight container
