VANJIRAM / KING FISH FRY



Ingredients:
  • Vanjiram fish/King fish - 1 kg
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbs
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tbs
  • Lime juice - 1 tbs
  • Salt
  • Oil - for frying
Instructions:
  1. Clean the fish and add spices given above
  2. Marinate for 45 minutes
  3. Heat a tawa add oil and fry the fish pieces
  4. Fry the fish by flipping both the sides
  5. Serve
