Ingredients:
- Vanjiram fish/King fish - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 1 tbs
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
- Turmeric - 1/2 tbs
- Lime juice - 1 tbs
- Salt
- Oil - for frying
Instructions:
- Clean the fish and add spices given above
- Marinate for 45 minutes
- Heat a tawa add oil and fry the fish pieces
- Fry the fish by flipping both the sides
- Serve
