EGG BHURJI

INGREDIENTS

  •   Egg -3
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1 ( optional )
  • Green Chilly - 2
  • Capsicum - 1/2 ( optional )
  • Ginger / Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbs
  • Pepper Powder- 1/2 tbs
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tbs
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil 

TO TEMPER

  • Mustard - 1/2 tbs
  • Broken Urad Dal - 1/2 tbs
  • Curry leaves

PROCEDURE

       1. In a pan add oil and add the tempering items
       2. Add in fine chopped onions , green chillies and sauté for a minute
       3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and give a good fry
       4. Add in turmeric powder , garam masala and salt
       5. Break the eggs and fry for 2 minutes then add pepper powder
       6. Garnish with fine chopped coriander leaves and serve
