INGREDIENTS
- Egg -3
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1 ( optional )
- Green Chilly - 2
- Capsicum - 1/2 ( optional )
- Ginger / Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbs
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tbs
- Turmeric Powder - a pinch
- Garam Masala - 1/4 tbs
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Oil
TO TEMPER
- Mustard - 1/2 tbs
- Broken Urad Dal - 1/2 tbs
- Curry leaves
PROCEDURE
1. In a pan add oil and add the tempering items
2. Add in fine chopped onions , green chillies and sauté for a minute
3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and give a good fry
4. Add in turmeric powder , garam masala and salt
5. Break the eggs and fry for 2 minutes then add pepper powder
6. Garnish with fine chopped coriander leaves and serve
