Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1/2kg
- Shallots - 1cup
- Tomato - 1
- Green chilly - 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
- Turmeric - 1/2 tbs
- Curry leaf
- Clove - 2
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cardamom - 1
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Shallots - 10
- Ginger Garlic - 4
- Coriander - 1/2 tbs
- Red chilly - 3
- Pepper corns - 1/2 tbs
- Coconut - 2 tbs
- Saunf - 1/2 tbs
Instructions:
- Roast and grind the ingredients given above (To Grind 1)
- In a pan add oil , clove , cinnamon , cardamom , chopped shallots , tomato , curry leaves and sauté well
- Add in chicken , salt and turmeric and ginger / garlic paste
- Cover and cook till it leaves water
- Add the ground paste and cook for 10 min covering with lid and add some water
- Once cooked , Grind coconut and saunf and add to the gravy
- Cook for 5 min and add fine chopped coriander leaves
- Serve
