Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1
- All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
- Cornflour - 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
- Chilly powder - 1 tbs
- Soy sauce - 3 tbs
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - 1
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbs
- Spring onion - 1 handful
- Salt
- Oil - For frying
Instructions:
- Chop cauliflower into florets , wash it and soak it in water
- Boil water by adding salt and turmeric and soak the florets for 5 mins and transfer to a plate
- In a bowl add maida , chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , salt and soya sauce and mix well adding water to a batter consistency
- Heat oil for frying and fry the cauliflower and transfer to a plate
- In a kadhai add oil , chopped onions , capsicum , ginger garlic paste and sauté well
- Add in salt , sugar , soya sauce , chilly powder , pepper powder and tomato ketchup and sauté well
- Add in chilly powder ,fried cauliflower and sauté well
- Finally add spring onions
- Serve
