GOBI MANCHURIAN




Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • All purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
  • Cornflour - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbs 
  • Soy sauce - 3 tbs
  • Onion - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tbs
  • Spring onion - 1 handful
  • Salt
  • Oil - For frying
Instructions:

  1. Chop cauliflower into florets , wash it and soak it in water
  2. Boil water by adding salt and turmeric and soak the florets for 5 mins and transfer to a plate
  3. In a bowl add maida , chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , salt and soya sauce and mix well adding water to a batter consistency

  4. Heat oil for frying and fry the cauliflower and transfer to a plate

  5. In a kadhai add oil , chopped onions , capsicum , ginger garlic paste and sauté well


  6. Add in salt , sugar , soya sauce , chilly powder , pepper powder and tomato ketchup and sauté well




  7. Add in  chilly powder ,fried cauliflower and sauté well


  8. Finally add spring onions 
  9. Serve
