JAGGERY SYRUP / VELLA PAAGU


Ingredients:
  • Jaggery / Vellam - 250 gms
  • Water - 100 ml
Instructions:

  1. In a wide pan boil water
  2. Grate the jaggery and add it in the boiling water
  3. Allow it to melt
  4. Stir occasionaly
  5. Allow it to cool and strain using a strainer
  6. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator
