Ingredients:
- Chicken leg - 2 piece
- Chilli powder - 1 tbs
- Turmeric - 1 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
- Lime juice - 2 tbs
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
- Curd - 3 tbs
- Kasuri methi - few (optional)
- Butter
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- Wash the chicken legs and make slits on it
- In a bowl add the chicken legs , chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala , lime juice , salt , ginger garlic paste and curd
- Mix them all together and finally add kasuri methi
- Let it rest for 1 hour in refrigerator
- Heat a non stick pan / kadhai add butter , oil and the add the marinated chicken legs
- Cover and cook by flipping both the sides in a minimum heat
