TANDOORI CHICKEN WITHOUT OVEN




Ingredients:
  • Chicken leg - 2 piece
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbs
  • Turmeric - 1 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
  • Lime juice - 2 tbs
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tbs
  • Curd - 3 tbs
  • Kasuri methi - few (optional)
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt
Instructions:

  1. Wash the chicken legs and make slits on it
  2. In a bowl add the chicken legs , chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala , lime juice , salt , ginger garlic paste and curd
  3. Mix them all together and finally add kasuri methi
  4. Let it rest for 1 hour in refrigerator
  5. Heat a non stick pan / kadhai add butter , oil and the add the marinated chicken legs
  6. Cover and cook by flipping both the sides in a minimum heat
  7. Serve
