INGREDIENTS
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 3
- Brinjal - 1
- Potato 1 (small)
- Red chilly - 3
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Water
- Salt
TO TEMPER
- Mustard - 1/4 tbs
- Urad dal - 1/4 tbs
- Bengal gram - 1/4 tbs
- Curry leaf
METHOD
- In a kadhai add oil and the tempering items listed above
- Add fine chopped onion ,red chilly , brinjal , potato and tomato and sauté well
- Add some salt and water and cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Once cooked add coriander leaves and allow it to cool
- Transfer to a blender and pulse it for a second
- Serve
