Ingredients:
- Jeeraga Samba Rice - 1 cup
- Coconut Milk - 1 cup
- Cinnamon , Clove , Cardamom - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
- Onion - 1 (large)
- Green Chilly - 2
- Mint leaves - Few
- Cashew nuts - 7
- Ghee - 2 tbs
- Salt
Instructions:
- Heat pressure cooker and add ghee to it and roast the cahews
- Add Cinnamon , Clove , Cardamom and green chilly
- Saute well and add onions and giner garlic paste
- Then add thick coconut milk and 3/4 cup of water
- Add requied salt and allow it to boil
- Then add the soaked rice an cook in low flame for 7 mins
- Serve
