INGREDIENTS
- Onion - 1(Big)
- Tomato - 1 (Big)
- Mustard - 1/2 tbs
- Urad dal - 1/2 tbs
- Bengal gram - 1/2 tbs
- Curry leaves
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tbs
- Salt
- Oil
METHOD
1. In a khadai , heat oil add mustard seeds , urad dal , bengal gram , and curry leaves
2. In a mixee jar grind onion roughly and fry it for a minute
3. In the same jar add tomato to a fine paste and add into the khadai
4. Saute for a minute and add chilly powder
5. Cover and cook untill oil leaves
