RED CHILLI PASTE

  INGREDIENTS

  • Red Chillies - 12
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Water    
  • Oil - 4 tbs

PROCEDURE

      1. In a sauce pan add water and let it boil
      2. Add red chillies in boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes
      3. Cool them completely
      4. Add the chillies in a blender and grind to a coarse paste by adding little salt to it
      5. In a khadai add oil and add the ground paste and fry for 5 minutes
      6. Once cooled store them in refrigerator and use
