ONION UTHAPPAM

   Yield: 4 nos

Ingredients

  • Idly dosa batter - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 5 to 6 pieces (optional)
  • Green chilly - 1
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil / Ghee

Procedure

      1.   Chop the onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander and curry leaves
      2.   In a bowl take the batter and add the chopper ingridents
      3.   Heat the tawa and add the batter 
      4.   Add oil to it and flip the uthappam once its sides are cooked
      5.   I served yummy uthappam with curry leaf podi

Take batter in a bowl


Add chopped ingredients and mix well

Heat a tawa

Pour the batter and add oil to it

Flip once its cooked
