INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Mint leaves - 15 to 20
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tbs
- Garam masala - 1/4 tbs
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbs
- Cumin - 1/2 tbs
- Oil / Butter
- Salt
- Water
PROCEDURE
1. Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt , cumin ,mint leaves ,chilli & turmeric powder
and garam masala
2. Add water little by little and kneed unless you get a soft dough
3. Add a teaspoon of oil to it and kneed it once again
4. Cover it with a damp cloth to avoid drying of flour
5. Let it rest for 15min
6. Now make them into small balls and start rolling it by adding wheat flour
7. Heat the tawa and place the chapathi and apply oil
8. Flip it once it finished cooking and add oil to it
9. Serve

Heat a tawa |
Place the chapathi on hot tawa |
Add oil |
Flip |
Add some butter |
