Ingredients:
- Full Cream Milk -1/2 litre
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Almond - 5
- Cashewnut - 5
- Pista - 5
- Cardamom Powder - Few
- Saffron - Few Stands
- In a small bowl add 4 tbs of milk and add few strands of safron and soak for 10 mins
- In a pan add milk and make it boil. Then add sugar and cardamom powder and saffron soaked milk.
- It will form a thick consistency when you cook it in alow flame for about 10 mins
- Finally add cashew , pista and almond and boil for 2 mins.
- Serve chilled.
