Ingredients:
- Wheat flour / atta - 1 cup
- Potato - 1 (small)
- Oil - 2 tbs
- Water ( very little)
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tbs
- Turmeic powder -1/4 tbs
- Green chilly - 2 pieces
- Ajwain - 1/4 tbs
- Oil - for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl add wheat flour , salt and mashed potato , chilly powder , turmeric powder , Coriander leaves , green chilly , ajwain and oil
- Mix well without adding water
- Then add water little by little and make into dough consistency
- Cover the dough and rest it for 10 mins
- Divide the dough into equal portions roll it flat
- Heat oil in a pan and fry it one by one
- I served with Channa Masala
