ALOO POORI


Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour / atta - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1 (small)
  • Oil - 2 tbs
  • Water ( very little)
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chilly powder - 1/4 tbs
  • Turmeic powder -1/4 tbs
  • Green chilly - 2 pieces
  • Ajwain - 1/4 tbs
  • Oil - for frying
Instructions:
  1. In a bowl add wheat flour , salt and mashed potato , chilly powder , turmeric powder , Coriander leaves , green chilly , ajwain and oil
  2. Mix well without adding water
  3. Then add water little by little and make into dough consistency
  4. Cover the dough and rest it for 10 mins
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions roll it flat
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry it one by one
  7. I served with Channa Masala
