INGREDIENTS
- Rava / Semolina - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Green chilly - 1
- Red chilly - 1
- Tomato - 4 pieces (optional)
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
- Oil
- Ghee - 1 tbs
- Cashews - 4
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
TO TEMPER
- Mustard - 1/4 tbs
- Urad dal - 1/4 tbs
- Bengal gram - 1/2 tbs
- Curry leaf
PROCEDURE
- In a kadhai add ghee and roast the rava for 2 mins and transfer to a plate
- In the same kadhai add ghee , cashews and the tempering items
- Add green chilly , red chiily , onion and tomato and sauté well
- Add salt and water and allow it to boil
- Once its boiled add the roasted rava and add oil to it
- Stir continuously untill its cooked well
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve
