INGREDIENTS
- Besan / Gram flour - 4 tbs
- Rice flour - 2 tbs
- Bajji milagai - 3
- Chilli powder - 1 tbs+
- Corn flour - 1/2 tbs
- Asafoetida - a pich
- Water
- Salt
- Oil - for frying
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the ingredients given above except oil and bajji milagai
2. Add water to it and mix it to a batter consistency
3 . Slit the chillies vertically
4. In a kadai heat oil
5. Once oil is heated dip the chillies in the batter and fry it in the oil
6. Keep it in low flame untill it becomes crispy
7. Serve
