ADAI DOSAI

 Preparation Time: 4 hours

INGREDIENTS

  • Idly rice - 1 1/2 cups
  • Orid dal - 1/2 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/2 cup
  • Green gram dal - 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies - 10
  • Curry leaf - a bunch
  • Asafoetida - 1/2 tbs
  • Salt

METHOD 

     1. Soak idly rice and dals separately for minimum 3 hours
     2. In a grinder add the rice and grind for 5 minutes then add dals
     3. Add water often and grind smoothly
     4. Finally add red chilly and curry leaf in a mixee and add it to the batter
     5. Then add salt and asafoetida while making dosa
         
This batter doesn't require fermentation . You can use it immediately
