Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Palak - 1 handful
- Green chilly - 1
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 4 pods
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tbs
- Jeera / Cumin - 1/4 tbs
- Garam masala - 1/4 tbs
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
Instructions:
- In a vessel add water and allow it to boil
- Roughly chop the palak leaves and add it in boiling water and leave for 5 min
- In a blender add palak , ginger , garlic , green chilly and blend to a smooth paste
- In a bowl take wheat flour , jeera , salt , chilly powder and garam masala
- Mix well.. Add oil and ground paste and add very little water
- Kneed to a soft dough
- Divide into equal portions and make it into balls
- Roll it flat
- Heat a tawa add chapathi and flip it
- Add oil and flip it again
- Serve
