Ingredients:
- Semiya - 1 handful
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 3
- Ghee - 1 tbs
- Cashews -6
- Raisins -6
Instructions:
- Take the payasam semiya and roast it in ghee for 2 mins
- In the same pan roast cashew and raisin
- In a sauce pan add water and allow to boil
- Add semiya and cook well
- Once it is half cooked add in cardamom and milk and stir well till its cooked completely
- Finally add sugar and roasted cashew and raisins
- Serve
