Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1/2kg
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Green Chilly (As per your taste)
- Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 tbs
- Chilly Powder - 1 tbs
- Turmeric -1/2 tbs
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
- Pepper Corns - 6
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 tbs
- Curd - 3 tbs
- Mint Leaves- a bunch
- Coriander leaves - a bunch
- Cashews - 5
- Clove - 4
- Cinnamon - 1
- Cardamom - 2
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Malli Mokku -1
- Marati Mokku - 2
- Salt
- Water -1.5 cup
- Butter /Ghee - 2 tbs
- Oil

Instructions:
- Clean the chicken.
- In a peastle add ginger , garlic , pepper and salt and grind well.
- Add Ginger/Garlic /Pepper paste, Chilly Powder, Turmeric , Garam Masala , Coriander Powder Curd and marinate well
- In a presure cooker Add Ghee/ butter and add cashews, clove , cinnamon , bay leaf , malli mokku and marati mokku
- Then add sliced onions ,green chilly , tomato , ginger garlic paste and saute well
- Add the marianted chicken and salt and cook for 5 mins
- Wash and soak the rice for 20 mins
- Add chopped coriander and mint leaves
- Add soaked rice and add 1.5 cups of water
- Cover the lid and cook it for 10 mins
- Serve
