Ingredients:
- Paneer - 10 cubes
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
- Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 (optional)
- Chilli Powder - 1tbs
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
- Cashews - 7
- Cinnamon - 1
- Clove - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Bay leaves - 1
- Kassori Mehti - a pinch
- Butter - 1 tbs
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Salt
Instructions:
- In a pan add butter and add onion and tomato and saute till it turns mushy
- Add kashmiri chilly , chilli powder , garam masala and coriander powder , cashews and allow it to cool
- Grind it to a smooth paste
- In a pan add butter and roast the paneer untill golden brown and keep aside
- In a same pan add butter ,cinnamon , clove , cardamom and bay leaves and the ground paste and saute well
- Add in salt and water and allow it to boil
- Once boiled add the roasted panner and cover and cook for 2 mins and finally add crushed kasoori mehti
