Ingredients:
- Cooked Chicken - 250 gms
- Onions - 1 (Large)
- Tomato - 1 (small)
- Green chilly - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbs
- Turmeric - 1/2 tbs
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
- Clove - 2
- Cinnamon - 1
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil - 3 tbs
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- In a presuure cooker cook the chicken by adding salt , turmeric , coriander powder , tomato , ginger garlic paste.
- Once cooked , Heat a kadhai and add oil , cinnamon and clove.
- Then add sliced onion , green chilly , ginger garlic paste and saute well
- Add in cooked chicken and add salt
- Cover it and cook for 5 mins .
- Then add fresh crushed pepper and handful of curry leaves and cook fo 2 mins.
- Switch of the flame and finally add chopped coriander leaves.
