PEPPER CHICKEN




Ingredients:

  • Cooked Chicken - 250 gms
  • Onions - 1 (Large)
  • Tomato - 1 (small)
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tbs
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tbs
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
  • Clove - 2
  • Cinnamon - 1
  • Pepper 
  • Salt
  • Oil - 3 tbs
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Instructions:

  1. In a presuure cooker cook the chicken by adding salt ,  turmeric , coriander powder , tomato , ginger garlic paste. 
  2. Once cooked , Heat a kadhai and add oil , cinnamon and clove.
  3. Then add sliced onion , green chilly , ginger garlic paste and saute well
  4. Add in cooked chicken and add salt
  5. Cover it and cook for 5 mins .
  6.  Then add fresh crushed pepper and handful of curry leaves and cook fo 2 mins.
  7. Switch of the flame and finally add chopped coriander leaves.
