INGREDIENTS
- Vermicelli - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1/2 ( optional )
- Green chilly - 2
- Red chilly - 1
- Ginger - small piece
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Water - 1 1/2 cup
- Oil
TO TEMPER
- Mustard - 1/2 tbs
- Urad dal - 1/2tbs
- Bengal gram - 1/2 tbs
- Curry leaf
METHOD
1. Boil 1 cup of water and add vermicelli , salt and cook for 3 minutes
2. Strain the water and wash vermicelli in cold water and drain it completely
3. Heat a kadhai add oil and the ingredients given under to temper
4. Add in onions , green chilly , red chilly , fine chopped ginger , tomato and sauté well
5. Add in salt and add the cooked vermicelli into it
6. Stir lightly and finally add coriander leaves
