Ingredients:
  • Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
  • Semolina / Rava - 1/2 tbs
  • Salt 
  • Oil
  • Water
Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour , semolina , salt and oil
  2. By adding water kneed well
  3. Divide the dough into equal parts
  4. Roll it and make it flat
  5. In a kadhai heat oil and fry the poori in hot oil
  6. Serve with Channa masala
