Ingredients:
- Wheat flour / Atta - 1 cup
- Semolina / Rava - 1/2 tbs
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
Instructions:
- In a bowl add wheat flour , semolina , salt and oil
- By adding water kneed well
- Divide the dough into equal parts
- Roll it and make it flat
- In a kadhai heat oil and fry the poori in hot oil
- Serve with Channa masala
