Ingredients:
- Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tbs
- Sugar - 1 tbs
- Water
- Oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl add maida , salt , sugar , 4 tbs of oil and mix well
- Now add water little by little and kneed it to a soft dough
- Apply oil on the dough and cover it
- Allow it to rest for 30 mins
- Now divide it equally and roll it into balls
- Roll the ball to a very thin layer
- Now start creating pleats from the edge and roll it again by applying oil
- Now make it flat by using your palm
- Heat the tawa add oil and add the parottas
- Now crush the parottas using your hand
- Flaky parottas are ready
