PAROTTA




Ingredients:
  • Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/4 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tbs
  • Water
  • Oil
Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add maida , salt , sugar , 4 tbs of oil  and mix well

  2. Now add water little by little and kneed it to a soft dough


  3. Apply oil on the dough and cover it
  4. Allow it to rest for 30 mins
  5. Now divide it equally and roll it into  balls
  6. Roll the ball to a very thin layer 
  7. Now start creating pleats from the edge and roll it again by applying oil

  8. Now make it flat by using your palm 


  9. Heat the tawa add oil and add the parottas


  10. Now crush the parottas using your hand


  11. Flaky parottas are ready
  12. Serve 😋😋😋
