CHICKEN 65
Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless - 250 gm
- Curd - 1 tbs
- Ginger/Garlic Paste - 2 tbs
- Chilly Powder - 2 tbs
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbs
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbs
- Soya Sauce - 1/4 tbs
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
- Salt
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- All Purpose Flour - 1/4 tbs
- Rice Flour -1/4 tbs
- Oil - For Frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl add ginger/garlic paste , curd , Chilly Powder ,Coriander Powder ,Turmeric Powder, Soya Sauce ,Garam Masala ,Salt
- Crush coriander leaves and curry leaves and Mix well.
- Marianate for around 2 hours
- Add Rice Flour and All Purpose Flour and give a good mix.
- Heat oil and deep fry the pieces.
- Serve.
