Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 1
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Cinnamon - 1
- Clove - 2
- Cardamom - 2
- Onion - 1
- Green chilly - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Water - 1 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbs
- Butter - 1tbs (optional )
Instructions :
- Wash and Soak basmathi rice for 20 mins
- Heat a pressure cooker add in butter , cinnamon , cardamom and cloves ( You can also use oil instead of butter )
- Add chopped onions , green chillies , ginger garlic paste and saute well
- Wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces
- Add the mushrooms , salt and mint and coriander leaves
- Cover and cook for 5 mins
- Now add soaked rice and add 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of water
- Finally add ghee and cover the lid and cook for 10 mins in a medium flame
- I served with Gobi Manchurian
