BABY POTATO ROAST




Ingredients:
  • Baby Potatoes - 10
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbs
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbs
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbs
  • Chilly Powder - 1 tbs
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tbs
  • Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbs
  • Curd - 2 tbs
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Coriander leaves
Instructions:

  1. Wash the baby Potatoes and Pressure Cook for one Whistle by adding water and salt.
  2. Peel the skin of the potato once its cooked.
  3. In a bowl add Ginger Garlic paste, coriander , Chilly Powder Garam masala , salt and Curd.
  4. Give a good mix and add the peeled potatoes.
  5. Mix it well and allow it to rest for 10mins.
  6. In a kadhai add oil ,Mustard , Curry leaves and Chopped Onions and saute well.
  7. Add the boilde potatoes and give a good mix.
  8. Cook in a low flame fo 5 to 7 mins.
  9. Switch off the stove and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  10. Serve..
