INGREDIENTS
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Ghee - 2 tbs
- Almond - 6
- Chocolate essence - 1 tbs
- Salt - a pinch
- Saffron milk - 2 tbs (optional)
METHOD
1. In a bowl add all purpose flour , powdered sugar ,butter ,vannila essence ,ghee and
saffron milk and kneed well and refrigerate for 10 minutes

2. Make the dough into balls and gently flatten it
3. Add fine chopped almonds on the top of it
4. Heat a pressure cooker by adding mud / salt at the bottom and heat for 10 minutes
5. Grease the idly plate with ghee and add the flatten dough
6. Bake it for 20 minutes in a very low flame
7. Once cooled store in a air tight container

GREASE THE PLATE WITH BUTTER / GHEE |
PLACE THE FLATTEN DOUGH |
PLACE THE COOKER PLATE INSIDE COOKER |
ADD IN COOKIES |
REMOVE GASKET |
KEEP IN LOW FLAME FOR 20MIN WITHOUT WHISTLE |
REMOVE GENTLY WITH SPOON |
